Before reaching out, check with your neighbors and local sorting office for your parcel. If it’s still missing, contact us via online chat or email with your full address and order number. Report any non-delivery within 28 days of dispatch.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 15 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition, including all packaging. 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.

Yes, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the parcel.

Returns must be in resalable condition with labels and packaging intact. If an item is damaged, worn, or unsellable without prior notice, we can’t refund it. We may return it to you, charge a restocking fee, or request a delivery fee. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Yes, you will be able to create and save a wish list, that will be seen in your account.
